Golzar Naghshineh founded this independent, women-owned group practice. She is committed to clinical integrity where your treatment and care are determined by your specific needs, not algorithms or investor returns.

All clinical and business decisions are made by our small team, because we believe the people who make the decisions should be the people who work with you clinically and know you personally

Ongoing Professional Development

Golzar, Amanda and Natalie are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to all our patients. We are committed to ongoing professional education and staying abreast of new research, theories and evolving ideas related to therapy practice and the psyche. We regularly attend and speak at professional academic conferences around the world and engage in independent research. In addition, we maintain special expertise to serve those on the reproductive spectrum as well as adults navigating parenthood or exploring childless / childfree living.

A Network of Care

Our NAPS program comes from our belief in the importance of collaborative care with other mental health and health care professionals to best understand and meet the needs of each patient. We believe prevention is key in addressing mental health on the reproductive spectrum through regular screening, creating space to explore potential need, and collaborative care. The NAPS program was designed to support the mental and emotional health of people during the perinatal period to help create happy, healthy, well-adjusted children and families.

Accessibility to Services

Golzar and Amanda believe therapy should be accessible and therapists should earn a sustainable living. We believe health care should be about care, not business. To keep in line with our belief in accessibility, we have scholarship opportunities to increase access and diversity in the patients we can serve. Please do not hesitate to inquire.

  • “I wanted to send you this email while it is still fresh from our session today. I'm feeling very moved after hearing *** and ***’s … stories today - to the point of tears. The fear, terror, strength, and perseverance of all the women in this group have helped tremendously in navigating this [experience] …. I feel part of a powerful tribe… I also want to thank you directly for providing this space for us. It has been so important.”

  • “Thank you so much for your guidance and support throughout the year. I am feeling so much stronger, happier, and confident in the big decisions I’ve made. I owe a lot of this to the kindness and support I found in group. I am glad I joined and had this [group] to grow as woman and a mom. I am sad to leave, but proud of the progress I’ve made. I look forward to continuing my friendships outside of the group. You both are fantastic and have created a warm and loving space.”

  • “It’s … great [group] and was incredibly helpful. Many times … it was nice to see other women going through the same isolated … experience together. Sometimes it was a safe place to feel sad. Golzar was helpful in getting people more help as it was needed. The rules of the group were excellent guideposts to help share the stage even while in tremendous pain as others feel pain as well.”
